I am 19 years old, a sophomore at IUPUI, a Pre-Med Bio major, and a runner. I have been running competitively since I was 7 years old and became as they say, “burned out.” During my sophomore year of high school I quite both track and cross-country.
It took me roughly 3 years of occasional running and 10 extra pounds to realize that I love running. So I started this blog to encourage myself to get back to the old me. My original goals were to loose the extra 10 pounds I gained over the years, get my shape back, and get that healthy feeling back.
I have grown as a person over the last few months, it’s like life smacked me in the face and I woke up. With that being said my goals have changed, I am currently trying to surpass the person I once was and to live life to the fullest.
On this blog you will find all things that I think are fit, healthy, beautiful, and self-encouraging. I will also occasionally post updates on the things I have done to meet my current goals aka, things I have done to create the new ME!
